We've interviewed folks from all different industries with the goal of helping our listeners take actionable steps to improving their own personal/professional lives.

Gabi and Carlos Rivera started The LatinXellence Podcast in March 2020. The world was in a difficult season facing the the Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic. Los Angeles, CA (their hometown) was one of the first states to issue a "Safer at home" order, and Gabi and Carlos saw this as an opportunity to start their long time passion project.
Los Riveras
Carlos & Gabriela Rivera are native Angelenos and proud children of immigrant parents.

By day, Carlos works in Fintech and has a Master's degree in Technology Management from Columbia University. Gabi works in Human Resources and is currently pursuing her Doctorate degree in Change & Leadership at the University of Southern California.
​
They are both passionate about increasing Latinx representation in business and are active partners to local non-profits and community groups who share the same mission.
